Sales conditions
- All bookings have to be made exclusivly on our website <mototripprovence.com> (50% advance payment).
- Cancellation is possible at least 2 days before the rental without charge. (Notification by mail).
- Cancellation within 2 days before the rental will result the loss of the deposit. (Notification by mail).
- Weather guarantee: In case of bad weather, you have the possibility to postpone your rental (depending on the availability of our motorcycles).
- The driver must be over 20 years old for CB500X, 650GS, 700 GS, V7.
- 25 years old and more than 5 years of license for 1200 R and Bonneville.
- 30 years old and more than 5 years of license for V85TT and 1250 GS.
- The driver has to be owner of a type A driving license and has to show a valid ID
- Type A2 for HONDA CB 500 X Trail and MOTO GUZZI V7 III, type A1 for 125 SUZUKI Van Van .
- All risk insurance with assistance is included in the rental price.
- 250 km per day are included in the price. Extra Km will be charged 0.30 € / km for 125, 500,650 and V7 or 0.40€ /km for bmw 700 GS, Bonneville,V85TT and 1200 R or 0.60€/km for 1250 GS.
- package for a passage in Corsica or in a European country: 150 €
- The pickups and drop offs of our motorcycles are only possible during the opening hours of our rental office.
- In case of delay, the driver has to inform our office (penalties may be required).
- A deposit (1000 € for 125,
- 1 500 € for MT07 650,700 and V7,
- 2 000 € for V85TT,Bonneville and 1200 R
- 2 500 € for 1250 GS,)
- is required before the start of the rental.
- In case of accident or theft the deposit will be retained until the damage is estimated.
- The amount withheld can not exceed the amount of the deposit.
- Fines incurred by the rider while riding the motorcycle will be charged.
- The motorcycle is delivered with the full tank of gasoline, for the return we expect the same.
- In case of unavailability of a motorcycle, the renter may proceed to replace it with an equivalent motorcycle.
- In case of force majeure or unavailability, the renter may have to cancel the reservation. The tenant will be fully refunded the amount of his rent plus a fixed compensation corresponding to 25% of the amount of the reservation.
